Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the most anticipated anime series by right now. Weekly Shonen Jump magazine former Editor-in-Chief, Sasaki, has revealed in a recent Weekly Shonen Jump Podcasts that Jujutsu Kaisen anime would be airing in Fall 2020 (via WSJ_Manga). Weekly Shonen Jump magazine issue 25 will reveal details about the series next week, but another rumor suggesting that studio MAPPA could be the one animating the show.
Jujutsu Kaisen anime show was first announced in the 52nd issue of Weekly Shōnen Jump, on November 25th, 2019. It was later announced that Yuuji Itadori will be voiced by Junya Enoki, Megumi Fushiguro by Yuuma Uchida, Nobara Kugisaki by Asami Seto, and Satoru Gojou by Yuuichi Nakamura.
Akutami Gege debuted Jujutsu Kaisen manga series in Weekly Shōnen Jump on March 5, 2018. Viz Media published the first three chapters for its “Jump Start” initiative and will publish the series in print starting in December 2019. Shueisha began to publish the series in English on the app and website Manga Plus in January 2019.
